CT Room Radiation Shielding Door

The maximum single door size is 1500 x 2800 mm, approximately 59-1/16" x 110-1/4".

The door leaf side edges adopt a single-seam close-fitting interlocking structure, providing anti-loosening performance. The entire door leaf surface has no exposed screws, rivets, welding spots, or welding positioning holes, effectively improving surface quality and ensuring reliable performance in various environments.

The standard door leaf thickness is 50 mm, approximately 1-15/16". The actual door leaf thickness may vary depending on the required radiation shielding equivalent.

The internal core is filled with thermal-insulated flame-retardant extruded board and lead sheet. The lead sheet thickness is determined according to the required shielding equivalent.

The surface finish is available in two options: RAL color chart electrostatic powder coating or wood grain finish. The wood grain finish can be achieved through heat transfer printing or by applying PVC film on the steel sheet surface. Wood grain colors can also be customized based on color samples provided by customers.

The door can be designed as manual sliding, manual swing, or automatic operation. Automatic operation can support multiple opening methods, including facial recognition, foot switch, password, card access, and remote control. It can also be coordinated with medicine delivery robots for automatic opening.

Radiation shielding glass can be added based on project requirements.
