Product Details
Multiple surface treatment options are available, including electrostatic powder coating, PVC finish, and heat transfer printing.
The panels can be installed with a close-fitting joint or with a 3 mm gap joint, depending on the design and installation requirements.
The steel panel is lined with a 0.2 mm steel corrugated core, providing high structural strength.
For corner areas, curved steel panels can be selected to reduce impact injury risks. The curved corner radius is R25, approximately 1".
The keel is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The steel keel is integrally roll-formed, with a size of 36 x 30 mm, approximately 1-7/16" x 1-3/16". It provides strong rust resistance, with a galvanizing amount of ≥80 g/m² and main keel tensile strength of ≥400 MPa.
