The door leaf side edges adopt a single-seam close-fitting interlocking structure, providing anti-loosening performance. The entire door leaf surface has no exposed screws, rivets, welding spots, or welding positioning holes, effectively improving surface quality and ensuring reliable performance in various environments.
The internal core is filled with thermal-insulated flame-retardant extruded board. The door leaf is lightweight, with good strength and flatness, and is resistant to deformation caused by moisture, helping extend product service life.
The door can be equipped with glass panels, top glass panels, header panels, and other configurations.
The surface finish is available in two options: RAL color chart electrostatic powder coating or wood grain finish. The wood grain finish can be achieved through heat transfer printing or by applying PVC film on the steel sheet surface. Wood grain colors can also be customized based on color samples provided by customers.
The door frame is equipped with an R-shaped airtight groove, with a removable airtight seal embedded inside. It provides shock absorption, sound insulation, airtightness, and smoke control, effectively reducing noise when opening and closing the door.
Hardware options are available, and customers may also provide their own hardware. The factory can prepare the required hardware installation holes accordingly. Kick plates can be added as an option.
